On the 15th of April 2023 we held a career fair at Githogoro slum in conjunction with Itanya Youth Initiative to showcase and educate the youth on their career options in the beauty industry.
The activities on the day included makeup application and demos, a runway show by Itanya youth, career and motivational talk, talent show and finally crowning of Miss Itanya (gifts were sponsored by Lintons academy). The Itanya team has collaborated with Lintons Academy in sponsoring 10 – 20 youth in studying beauty programs.
