Lintons Foundation

Lintons Foundation is the brainchild of Dr. Joyce Gikunda, a leading entrepreneur in Kenya, who for many years has sponsored youth to colleges with a view to provide them with opportunities for quality training and dignified livelihoods.

Lintons Foundation seeks to empower marginalized women, youth, refugees, and other vulnerable persons from the informal settlements with a vision of championing quality training and dignified work through advocacy and partnerships with like-minded organizations and governments.

The Foundation was established in 2021 and has worked with to equip and empower women and youth skills that will help them overcome social cultural and economic barriers that stop them from actively participating in their personal and economic development.

Lintons Foundation vision is aligned towards Kenya’s vision 2030 that aims to transform Kenya into a newly industrializing, middle-income country providing a high quality of life to all its citizens by 2030 in a clean and secure environment.

The Mission of Lintons Foundation is equip and empower women, youth and other vulnerable persons from marginalized communities and those affected by climate change with skills, knowledge and inspiration to make them to lead dignified lives through innovative technologies and solutions.

Objectives

To provide access to quality and professional training in the beauty industry to enable youth to become economically independent members of society.

To generate gainful employment through innovations in the beauty industry.

To raise and secure funds for the attainment of these objectives.
