Lintons Foundation believes that empowerment of women, youth and vulnerable persons is key to achieving economic empowerment and the realization of sustainable development goals.
The work of Lintons Foundation is grounded on the following key assumptions:
LEVEL 1 ASSUMPTION
To end vulnerability, discrimination and marginalization of women, girls and youth from marginalized communities, they must be equipped with skills and knowledge that can help them overcome those barriers.
LEVEL 2 ASSUMPTION
With adequate skills, and knowledge, the women, girls and youth from marginalized communities will participate in decision making processes that help to improve their own quality of life and those of communities that they live in.
LEVEL 3 ASSUMPTION
The participating of women in crucial decision making processes can help influence the change of government policy and improvement of service delivery for current and future generations.
